How Do I Track the Status of a Claim or Payment?

From the home screen, please navigate to “View Reports” to run reports and track the status of pending claims and payments. Run a claims report to display information on previously submitted claims, including their status. The payments report will display the amount and status of any pending payments. Finally, the events report can be used to view both active and inactive events for selected markets.
