How Do I View Prior Submissions and Documents?

The system maintains submission information and documents online for six months, after which they are automatically archived offline.

Therefore, to view claims submitted within the last six months, navigate to “Manage Submissions” from the main dropdown menu on the top right of the screen.

For claims older than six months, access needs to be requested via the ESP Service Desk here.
