What is the “Manager/Team Email Address”?
This is the optional secondary e-mail associated with a user’s account. This e-mail will be copied on all claim confirmation e-mails and is generally used to keep other team members looped in about claims being submitted. The secondary e-mail would not be copied on non-claim confirmation e-mails such as those related to account management, ESP report requests, etc.
You may add this secondary e-mail address by navigating to “Edit Profile” from the main dropdown menu on the top right of your screen.
